Construction Manager

Job Description
Oversee daily operations of structural repair and skimming/coating projects Plan project schedule, manpower, and material requirements Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and site supervisors Ensure work quality meets specifications and BCA/industry standards Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly Manage site safety compliance (WSH regulations, PTW, etc.) Control project cost, budgeting, and resource allocation Review drawings, method statements, and material submissions Lead and supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5-8 years experience in construction, structural repair, or coating works Strong knowledge of skimming, waterproofing, concrete repair, and finishing works Familiar with Singapore building codes and WSH safety regulations Experience managing mult...
