Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
- Managing the entire progress movement from preliminary site to final inspections. Ensure entire projects is ontime completion with required quality standards
- Managing and assigning daily tasks for site operations and coordinate multi trades on site as the clients, architects, engineer, RTO, sub-con & workforce.
- Monitoring expenditures, ordering materials, tools & renting equipment/machinery and minimizing material waste.
- Preparation the paper work and site reports, technical drawings and other necessary documents to related authorities.
- All on-site documentation, ensure all changes of specification of construction drawings is updated. Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
