Construction Manager Required - On-Site Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and supervise subcontractor operations
• Plan scheduling and monitor project milestones
• Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements
• Evaluate daily operations for improvements
• Develop and implement quality control programs
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of management experience in construction
• Relevant college diploma or certification
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Contract negotiation experience
• Must have legal work authorization in Canada
