What You’ll Do

• Overseeall repair projects and supervise sub-trades
• Ensurecompliance with safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., WSIB)
• IssueWork Orders and Purchase Orders
• Maintainaccurate project data in XactAnalysis and RMS
• Collaborateclosely with Project Managers and Coordinators
• Alignexpectations with homeowners and conduct final walkthroughs
