Job Description
- Reports to Project Lead and coordinate with the Project Lead to define project objectives and deliverables and oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, budget and quality standards.
- Lead the project team, ensuring effective execution and coordination of project activities and monitor progress toward the achievement of project goals and objectives.
- Respond and resolve customer complaints arising from the project implementation with the relevant Dept./Section/Region to ensure timely and effective management of the issue/complaint
- Allocate project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials by monitoring resource utilization and identifying any potential bottlenecks or constraints to achieve optimum resource allocation.
