Construction Manager

Key Deliverables: Conduct due diligence on shortlisted properties, including technical inspections and site measurements. Coordinate with the design team to create floor plans, SLDs, and SDRs for new/relocated pods. Ensure quality control by inspecting materials and work against approved specifications (BOQ). Handover the completed projects to the operations and maintenance teams after clearing any snag points. Role Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of vendors, ensuring smooth operations and execution. Ensure the construction process follows the PERT chart for timely and efficient completion. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and performance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any operational issues and ensure seamless project execution.
