MEP Construction Manager
Job Summary
The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and managing all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with approved drawings specifications quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from mobilization to handover.
Coordinate with Project Manager consultants contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved shop drawings method statements and project specifications.
Monitor construction progress manpower materials and productivity.
Resolve site coordination issues between MEP and civil/architectural works.
