The Construction Manager will serve as the primary owner's representative on-site, overseeing all aspects of construction to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Provide oversight of the construction and closeout phases of work. Manage weekly progress (OAC) meetings, progress of the work for compliance with schedules, monitor project documentation (RFIs, change proposals, Provide on-site quality assurance of work.
