Construction Lead Generation & Estimating Support Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction bidding platforms for residential and commercial renovation opportunities
• Research project details and maintain an organized pipeline of active bids
• Upload project documentation into AI estimating software and review generated estimates
• Submit completed estimates to general contractors and project owners
• Follow up with prospective clients to confirm receipt and answer general questions
• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily summaries of lead activity

Requirements

• Previous lead generation, sales support, or business development experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Workspace
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on a Monday through Friday schedule
• High level of organization and attention to detail
