Construction Labourers

Flexsource are currently recruiting for Construction Labourers for a number of sites based around Dublin. You will be responsible for supporting tradespeople. The role involves manual labour, site preparation, material handling, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with a variety of construction tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, and groundworkers. Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare and clear construction sites before, during, and after work activities. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly. Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and assist with groundwork. Erect and dismantle temporary barriers, fencing, and site protection as instructed. Clean work areas and remove debris to maintain a safe site. Follow instructions from the Site Manager or Foreman.
