Job Summary

Greater Sudbury, ON, Canada. Nikita Construction is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator for its projects with Sandman Hotel Group in Sudbury/ON. Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the operator must ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies, follow project specifications and timelines, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Key Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, front loader, rolling machine, skidsteer.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Follow site plans, markings, and instructions to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors and site crew to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
