Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the UAE
- Experience in high-rise residential projects
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Knowledge of document management
- Experience with subcontractors and suppliers
- Software knowledge
- Ability to read construction documentation
- Knowledge of UAE legislation, FIDIC, and DBC
- PMP certificate preferred
- Driving license and car
Skills
- Good practical knowledge in construction residential sites in UAE
- Engineering software knowledge
- Understanding of engineering documentation
- PMP Certification is desirable
