**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Coordinate and manage all phases of road construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
+ Drive project safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance across township, state, and federal requirements
+ Develop schedules, track progress, and report performance using project management tools
+ Lead communication with subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment
+ Oversee project documentation, change orders, and closeout activities including final billing and reporting
