Conservation Operations Supervisor 1 - NY HELPS

Duties Description This position is a working supervisor of a work crew and handles the paperwork associated with daily functions. Will need to schedule daily work for a crew and support maintenance activities for regional program's needs. Will need to keep track of progress and prepare written reports and enforce time and attendance rules for the employees that are supervised. Will review and submit equipment reports for vehicles utilized by their work crew, schedule vehicles, and equipment service and repair as required. Will be required to haul various materials with a dump truck and haul equipment with a truck and trailer.
