Responsibilities

• The management and implementation of all consents and environmental requirements of the project.
• The delivery and ownership of the environmental works programme, inclusive of, but not limited to, surveys, licence/consent applications, pre‑construction mitigations, monitoring of mitigations, watching briefs, and exclusion periods.
• The environmental auditing/inspection at the intervals and procedures contained within the Contractor's site‑specific CEMP.
• The reporting of all environmental incidents.
• The compliance with the project environmental requirements, legislation and consents. Implementation and adherence of the DCO and associated plans, reporting and notifications.
• Adherence with its environmental management plan which must accord with the CEMO and implementation of requirements.
