Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Connect to Work (CTW) service, a flagship Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) programme supporting people across England and Wales to find and sustain meaningful employment. This is a remote role with the requirement to travel 4 days a week across the Nottingham area.
As Team Leader, you will lead a team of Employment Specialists delivering Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services across Nottinghamshire City and South. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will drive performance, quality, compliance and colleague development while building strong partnerships across the Connected Communities Consortium (CCC), led by Asuria.
