Job Description
Operational Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations across assigned residential strata developments
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality property management services to all clients
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain property standards and identify maintenance requirements
- Implement and maintain operational management systems in accordance with established organizational standards
- Prepare and present management proposals for prospective clients
- Supervise, guide, and mentor property management staff across multiple sites
- Conduct performance appraisals and annual salary reviews for direct reports
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes for team members
- Organize and allocate resources effectively across portfolio
- Prepare staff rosters ensuring adequate coverage during holidays and absences
