Job Description
Our client has an opportunity available for a Condeco Technical Team Leader based in Johannesburg.
Requirements Nation Diploma in Information Technology or related. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Matric Valid South African driver’s license. MCITP Knowledge of OHS act and ISO 9001 quality management systems. 3+ years in a call centre or helpdesk environment. Experience with booking systems- Condeco would be advantageous. Familiar with VOIP, Avaya Telephony, Technical, organizational and planning. Competencies: DNS DHCP Lan and Wan Firewall Technology equipment VPN Raid A+ and N+ Responsibilities Ensure that the business application is maintained to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency. Complete Daily Systems health checks on Condeco Application and Database servers to ensure that the resources are running at an acceptable rate.
