What matters to us
Qualifications:
- 7–15+ years of experience in concrete construction, preferably in heavy civil, infrastructure, high-rise, or industrial projects.
- 3–5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Proven ability to manage large crews and multiple subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling and productivity metrics.
- Proficiency with construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with tunnel or underground concrete works considered an asset.
