About The Role
As a CBRE Concierge, you will assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs. This includes making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and providing recommendations on local attractions. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function and is responsible for providing world‑class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Record and log service requests and track the statuses. Provide administrative aid to management as needed.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
