• Display a friendly, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
• Respond to all interactions efficiently and courteously to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Answer the telephone before the fourth ring, keeping hold times under 15 seconds or offering a callback within three minutes.
• Listen carefully and patiently to all guest requests, ask clarifying questions to determine complete needs.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations with local insight and understanding of guest needs.
