Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform system upgrades, software installations, and updates
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware problems
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues
- Configure email accounts, internet connections, and antivirus software
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Ensure data security and system backup procedures are followed
- Support basic network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Good communication and customer service skills
