Job Summary

Compositors at DNEG work closely with VFX Supervisors and 2D Supervisors to composite the numerous elements that complete a visual effect shot, including live-action and computer graphic elements. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and reside in Quebec and British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Take part in client reviews and daily sessions, following production methodologies and developing creative approaches to problem‑solving while performing all aspects of composite FX design.
• Execute composite FX design for shots ranging from blue/green screen extractions to complex CG integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years VFX industry experience as a compositor on high‑end live‑action feature films.
• Proficiency in Nuke.
• Knowledge and interest in photography and practical lighting.
