Compliance Projects Consultant – Junior

• Support and implement consulting projects focused on the implementation of Integrity Programs, Compliance Management Systems, and Anti-Bribery programs
• Draft technical documents, such as maturity assessments, risk matrices, internal policies, and action plans
• Organize and analyze information for regulatory and normative projects (e.g., ISO 37301, ISO 37001, Pró-Ética)
• Support and manage compliance requests, such as whistleblowing channels and internal guidance
• Assist in and prepare materials for trainings, workshops, and awareness sessions with clients and internal teams
• Work closely with the compliance team, following GEP's methodologies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (completed)
• Genuine interest in Compliance, Governance, Corporate Ethics, and regulatory matters
