Compliance Operations Leader: Governance & Performance

Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a seasoned governance lead to oversee offshore Compliance Operations managed by WNS in India, covering about 70 FTE across Name Screening, Payment Screening and Transaction Monitoring Level 1 activities.

You will ensure timely, accurate, risk-based outcomes aligned with bank policies, SLAs and the approved operating model, while driving MI dashboards and continuous improvement across the process landscape.
