Compliance Officer & MLRO (COMLRO)

About the Role

As the Compliance Officer & MLRO (COMLRO), you will play a critical role in ensuring Thndr adheres to all regulatory and financial crime compliance requirements. You will be the primary point of contact with regulators and will work closely with the Board and SEO to manage regulatory risk. This role requires a proactive leader with deep expertise in compliance, financial crime prevention, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.

If you have a strong background in compliance within a regulated industry, excellent problem‑solving skills, and experience working with FSRA or DFSA, this role is for you.
