Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Compliance Officer to join our manufacturing site in the Philippines and ensure full compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements and Hubbell corporate compliance standards. This role is critical in managing external statutory obligations while acting as the site champion for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing operations (environmental regulations (DENR, EMB, LLDA), health & safety (DOLE, OSH Standards), data privacy (National Privacy Commission), Bureau of Customs, and local government requirements.
- Monitor new and updated regulations, assess applicability, identify compliance gaps, and coordinate implementation across the organization.
