Compliance Officer (Malaysia)(A238754)

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to support the regulatory, licensing and AMLCFT compliance functions of our Malaysia business. The role will serve as the primary compliance contact for the Malaysia business, including engagement with regulators, implementation of the compliance framework and oversight of regulatory obligations. The position reports directly to the Regional Compliance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• Act as the designated Country Compliance Officer, serving as the primary contact point with regulators on compliance-related matters.
• Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations and regulatory developments relevant to the business.
• Lead licensing applications, renewals and regulatory submissions, including liaison with regulators.
