Global emerging markets investment management boutique seeks a mid-levelpliance Officer to oversee its activities across the UK and US. Reporting to the overseas-based Chief Legal &pliance Officer and working alongside the CIO, this is a hands-on generalist opportunity, partnering the business with proactive regulatory advice and responding to queries. The successful applicant will be expected to keep abreast of developing regulations impacting the firm and advising portfolio management accordingly. Duties span the entire breadth frompliance policy and procedures, investment guidelines, third party due diligence and AML. Candidates are sought with a minimum of six years’ buysidepliance, including working knowledge of SEC rules and filings as a necessity, additionally to FCA.
