Compliance Manager
About the Role
Prime Life are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to lead and deliver compliance inspections across our residential care services.
This is a key role within the organisation, ensuring our services consistently meet and exceed CQC standards , statutory requirements, and internal policies. You will play a crucial part in driving quality assurance improvements, supporting Home Managers, and maintaining excellent standards of care and governance.
This is a field-based role covering multiple locations, requiring regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
