Job Description
The Compliance Manager will play a key role in strengthening Modon’s group regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management framework by being the Modon's compliance manager that will ensure the establishment and full alignment of Modon's compliance framework with applicable laws, regulatory expectations, best practices and the Modon Group compliance framework.
The role will support at Modon's level the establishment of a robust, risk-based compliance environment, with a strong focus on regulatory adherence, governance oversight, and proactive risk identification — particularly in the context of infrastructure projects developed as Public-Private Partnership projects in the UAE, the GCC and internationally.
