Job Description
I'm supporting a leading international digital assets business looking to appoint a Compliance Director to lead their UAE compliance function and act as the approved COMLRO for their ADGM regulated entity.
This is a highly strategic leadership position requiring a senior compliance professional with deep knowledge of ADGM, FSRA and UAE financial services regulation, ideally within digital assets or highly innovative regulated businesses.
The successful individual will take full ownership of regulatory compliance, financial crime oversight and regulatory engagement across the UAE entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the approved Compliance Officer and MLRO (COMLRO) for the ADGM regulated business
- Lead the firm's UAE compliance and financial crime framework
- Manage direct engagement with FSRA and UAE regulators
