About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance by ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies, while acting as a key point of contact for managing communications and engagements with regulators.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implementation of compliance program
Support the effective implementation of the Company’s Compliance Program, including regulatory, AML/CFT, investment, product and sales compliance, aligning with business objectives, local regulatory expectations, AIA Group Operating Principles and Group Compliance’s strategic direction.
Support in the implementation of an effective compliance assurance review and risk assessment for the Company engaging relevant stakeholders, which includes but is not limited to:
