Main Objective: Responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits under the Total Rewards concept, promoting strategic communication programs that increase knowledge, trust, and satisfaction among associates to contribute to the attraction, retention, and motivation of associates on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Guide the administration of the total compensation and benefits package in a fair, equitable, and competitive manner that aligns with the plant’s strategy and objectives, based on national, regional, and/or integral standards. Warranty KPIs accomplishment.
