US Compensation Analyst (Individual contributor role)
Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and survey data analysis to
evaluate competitiveness and ensure pay alignment.
- Prepare compensation proposals, including salary adjustments,
new-hire offers, promotions, market corrections, and internal equity
assessments.
- Support the development and administration of retention bonus
proposals and other incentive-based rewards.
- Assist with annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus), including data
validation, modeling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage and prioritize tickets, cases, and ensure timely, consistent,
and accurate resolution.
- Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance with
compensation guidelines and approval workflows.
