We are currently working with a prestigious financial services client based in the City who’s on the lookout for a talented Compensation Manager. This is a fantastic 4-6 month interim assignment with an immediate start, requiring a commitment of 4 days per week in their central London office.



Key responsibilities for this role include:


– Implementing processes to enhance efficiency within the team and supporting the compensation and benefits strategy


– Overseeing the annual compensation review and budgeting process


– Leading reward projects, including research, analysis, and developing recommendations


– Driving forward operational and strategic reward initiatives in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders


– Ensuring benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals
