Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company strategy and French legal requirements.

Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to provide guidance on job leveling, pay equity, and reward recommendations.
Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory and voluntary benefits in France.
Ensure compliance with French labor laws, collective agreements (conventions collectives), and data privacy regulations (e.G., GDPR).
