Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and timely salary disbursement for permanent and contractual employees.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and related records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process employee compensation-related payments including leave encashment, loans, final settlements, EOBI and SESSI/PESSI.
  • Maintain and manage compensation & benefits documentation, including payroll records, personal files, and BPVs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of C&B operations.
  • Support compensation and benefits initiatives while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other compensation & benefits related tasks assigned by the line manager.
