Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Description We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support benefits administration and leave programs for a diverse employee population in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This is a Contract position within the Information Technology industry for a detail-oriented individual who can manage sensitive issues with accuracy, analyze benefit data, and partner across teams to keep programs compliant and employee-focused. The ideal candidate brings hands-on human resources experience, a solid foundation in benefits operations, and the ability to resolve complex cases while improving processes and communications.
