About the Role:
EG Group are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards team, supporting the delivery and alignment of compensation and benefits programmes across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will play a key role in ensuring reward frameworks, benefits offerings, and incentive programmes are consistent, competitive, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Working closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders across multiple regions, you will support a range of compensation and benefits activities including programme reviews, data analysis, governance, and process improvement initiatives.
