Compensation and Benefits Manager

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering our client to appoint a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their regional HR team. Reporting to the Rewards Director, this role will be responsible for driving the organisation’s total rewards strategy, ensuring compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

You will lead the design, review and enhancement of compensation and benefits programmes to support talent attraction, retention and employee engagement. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will provide expert advice on total rewards matters, conduct market benchmarking using leading survey providers, and deliver data-driven recommendations to strengthen the organisation’s employee value proposition.
