Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations for a growing business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting, while providing reliable, data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer HMO benefits including employee and dependent enrollment, updates, deletions, reimbursements, and card issuance.
• Coordinate with HMO and life insurance providers regarding employee availments, renewals, and account management.
• Monitor and maintain accurate employee leave records including vacation, sick, maternity, paternity, bereavement, and unpaid leaves.
• Track attendance, timesheets, and payroll-related data to ensure accurate payroll processing every cut-off period.
