  • Continuously review market trends, industry benchmarks, and leading practices to maintain competitive and effective compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Create and manage compensation frameworks, including salary structures, incentive schemes, and bonus programs, to attract, motivate, and retain high-performing talent.
