We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join a Total Rewards Compensation Operations team supporting a large, global organization. This role is focused on the analytical and operational side of compensation and is responsible for managing salary structures, market data, and pay scale systems to enable informed pay decisions across upstream, midstream, downstream, and corporate functions.
The successful candidate will work heavily with data integrity, compensation tools, and reporting, including Power BI dashboards for salary offers and compensation movement, intake tools for salary requests and evaluations, and market survey submissions and analysis. Day to day, this individual will develop, maintain, and govern salary bands and ranges, student and wage rate structures, geographic differentials, and pay scale systems.
