Compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant: 1:1 & Small Groups

SEN Teaching Assistant - Kingston - SEN School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop communication skills and work towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting sensory needs, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN required
• Experience working with autism, speech and language needs or complex needs desirable
• Must be confident supporting communication, behaviour and learning
• Required full-time ASAP
