Job Description
Join the fight against homelessness as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In this role, you will provide episodic medical care and support to vulnerable clients through the Health & Recovery Services.
In this challenging position, you will work across multiple Urban Response programs, including emergency medical interventions. Your responsibilities will include medication management, health promotion, and acute care assessments.
