Compassionate Aged Caregiver — Flexible Nights & Growth

Summerset Retirement Villages in Papamoa seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with meals, personal care and daily activities. You will work as part of a caring team, following individual care plans and maintaining residents' safety and happiness.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, patient and have experience in aged care or similar roles, with strong communication and a willingness to rotate across mornings, afternoons and nights, including 4 nights on/2 days off patterns.
