Job Description
The OHN will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the management of the OSH program in coordination with OSH committee
- Monitor and inspect any health or safety aspect of the operations with the participation of all employees
- Coordinate health and safety programs of the company
- Maintain clinic & employee medical record system
- Provide assistance to government agencies during safety and health inspections
- Ensure the treatment and lactation room facilities and equipment are well maintained
- Manage inventories of medicines, medical and safety supplies
- Acts as backup for certain duties of HR
- Monitor medical card, insurance card and Annual Physical exam
- Monitor pre employment and employment health checks
- Perform other duties as may assigned by management
