Job Description
Health Care Responsibilities
- Provide healthcare support and first aid to employees.
- Administer medication and manage health records.
- Coordinate medical appointments and health screenings.
- Educate employees on health and wellness practices.
- Monitor workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in developing health and safety policies.
- Act as a liaison between employees and healthcare providers.
HR Function Responsibilities
- Responsible in timely processing of attendance and timekeeping for all employees using the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) and manual (if needed)
- Process Timekeeping Adjustments of late DTRs and other special cases (system error, etc.)
- Summarize employees without biologs in the HCMS and coordinate with Department heads for reference and checking.
