Community Welfare Advisor — Outreach & Support

Citizens Advice in Auckland seeks a committed information, advice and practical support worker focused on social welfare law. You will record client interactions accurately and provide guidance to outreach volunteers while representing the service at community events.

The role may require working outside normal hours, including Saturdays. A passion for helping those in need, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential.
